MAINTENANCE

We offer one-off and scheduled maintenance contracts for machinery we have installed.

Industrial Robotics can also service existing automated systems installed by other firms. In this instance we conduct an initial assessment to check the terms and conditions that would relate to your specific machinery. If you accept these T&Cs, the maintenance contract is straight forward.

PROGRAM & CONTROL

Modern industrial machinery often needs a programmable controller to operate manufacturing elements, such as robotic devices and assembly lines.

 

Yes, we can work on PLC - in fact our staff are fluent in over 20 coding languages so we can produce solutions quickly and efficiently in order to make your business more profitable.

CUSTOM MACHINERY

Yes, we develop custom designed machines and parts that cannot be sourced from the market.

Manufacturers often require specialist parts or machinery to perform a specific task. This may be new or a replacement part for older machinery that is no longer available.

Industrial Robotics will undertake a feasibility study of your business requirements and if needed produce a project plan and budget to achieve your goals.

Industrial Robotics has established relationships through Freelance Robotics PTY LTD with a range of industrial technology product retailers.

There are leasing or purchasing options for the UR3, UR5 & UR10 collaborative robotic arms. To discuss robotic arms in your workplace, including ABB, KUKA, OMRON and Universal Robots (UR) options, contact us.

A full estimate of costing and time is given as standard in a project's feasibility report.
